SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed before 22:30 (10:30pm) CET will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in The Netherlands. In the Netherlands, the price for shipping is €6. On all orders over €100, we offer free shipping. For foreign countries, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €150. All orders are sent via DHL and if you place your order before 22:30 (10:30pm) CET you can expect your order the next day. Even if you order on Sunday 22:30 (10:30pm) CET, you can expect your package the
next day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive the shipping confirmation and tracking details. Please note that every foreign country than the Netherlands may take longer.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. MOOST Wanted is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular, we recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged, with their labels attached and in the original package. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly. You can place a new order to receive the desired item. Please don’t forget to fulfill our return form. You can return your package to the following address:

When returning a package, we recommend that you request a track and trace code so that both you and MOOST Wanted can track the package. If you do not request a track and trace code and the package is lost, you are responsible and there will be no exchange or refund.
