Hi Girls! We are going to share three ways to make a delicious breakfast overnight! These overnight oat recipes are super healthy and really easy to make! We are always on the go and this breakfast is truly a life saver.

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? If you are very busy the next day, you can make these overnight oats in two minutes and save more time in the morning. This way you will have time to snooze a little longer. It does not get any better than this!

 How to make?

Blueberry sweet and sour – overnight oats

 Ingredients

  • Four tablespoons of oats
  • Two teaspoons of chia seeds
  • Half a cup of oat milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Half a cup of blueberries
  • Twelve almonds
  • One teaspoon of syrup
  • Squeeze one fourth of a lemon 

Put all the ingredients in a glass or bowl. Mix it all together and cover it with another plate or foil. Your breakfast is ready to be put it in the refrigerator! If you have some extra time the next morning, you can add some toppings like banana, almond butter, extra blueberries or grated coconut. Whatever you like! 

Banana and coffee – overnight oats

Ingredients

  • Four tablespoons of oats
  • Two teaspoons of chia seeds
  • One tablespoon of linseeds
  • Half a cup of brewed coffee
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of vanilla powder
  • Pinch of cocoa powder
  • One smashed banana
  • One teaspoon of syrup

Grab a nice glass and put all the ingredients in. Place your glass in the refrigerator after you gave it a swirl! Top it off with some dark chocolate sprinkles, raspberries or blueberries on the next day!

Penut butter and jelly – overnight oats

Ingredients

  • Four tablespoons of oats
  • Two teaspoons of chia seeds
  • Half a cup of oat milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of vanilla powder
  • One tablespoon of 100% peanut butter
  • One tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
  • Half a cup of raisins
  • Four smashed strawberries

Grab your favorite bowl or glass and put all the ingredients in there. Mix it well and place it in the refrigerator! Ones you take it out of the fridge the next morning, add some strawberries and extra peanut butter on top for a real P&J breakfast!
